Capella is a free/open-source MBSE tool enabling the pragmatic design of system architecture models. Capella implements the Arcadia method and is used to improve the understanding of the customer need, to ensure engineering-wide collaboration on the system architecture and design, and to significantly reduce defects during the system integration phase (V&V).
