- Friday 31 January: 08:00 to 18:30

Meeting rooms are located on Ground Level and Lower Level. Please see the hotel meeting facilities map on the Floor Plan tab. Opening and closing plenaries will take place in Sevilla 1&2 on Ground Level.

Unused meeting space
If you have to cancel a scheduled meeting or use less time than originally planned, please leave a message at the IW registration desk. Meeting space is limited and there are groups who may need the room. Rooms found empty during scheduled time may be reassigned without notice.

The INCOSE Events mobile app lets you browse times, locations, and descriptions for sessions, and special events and more information about the INCOSE international workshop. Use it to mark your favorites, get notified of the latest news, and access maps to find your way around the venue.
Breakfast
Breakfast is not provided in the event program. However, if you have booked a room through our services at the Barcelo Renacimiento Hotel, breakfast is included in the room rate and will be served at the hotel restaurant from 06:30 to 08:00.

The Working Group Marketplace is an ongoing event showcasing the INCOSE working groups, their charters and various activities. Monitors will be available throughout the event, with various working group leaders available during breaks and lunches to hold conversations about the different working group efforts and activities. IW attendees are encouraged to use this forum as a way to learn about the working groups during the event, many of them will be hosting meetings and workshops open to participation.
